Clinique Ophtalmologique de Tunis
The clinic didn't have a VIP offering before I joined the project. I led the creation of the concept end to end, from working with the architect to shape a space that actually felt premium, to designing the patient pathway that runs through it. That meant introducing structured coordination between consultation, surgery, and hospitality, so the experience holds together from the first appointment to the moment the patient leaves. Quiet operational work, but the kind that defines whether a premium service feels premium or just looks it.

I led the end to end planning and execution of an international refractive surgery congress, bringing together surgeons, industry partners, and healthcare professionals. Through structured sponsorship strategy, faculty coordination, and operational workflows, the event attracted 360+ international participants and strengthened the clinic's visibility within the regional ophthalmology network.

Quality systems are the kind of work nobody talks about until something goes wrong. I led the implementation of a digital quality management system across the organization, aligning departments, standardizing processes, and training the team to actually use it. The result was steadier operations, cleaner documentation, and a clinic genuinely ready for international audits and accreditation.

Non profit organization dedicated to fighting blindness and visual impairment through eye care campaigns, free cataract surgeries, and the training of ophthalmologists in Tunisia and across Africa. I contribute to their branding and communications work, and organisation of their charity campaigns , supporting a mission that touches thousands of lives every year.
